Hey, I'm Shim! I'm 32 years old and I'm an English (ESL) teacher/tutor from Michigan, USA.I used to draw feral characters way back in high school, but I fell out of it because I was too busy following kpop idols around South Korea! I lived there for almost 10 years. I also speak Korean!Now I'm falling out of my kpop hobby and back into art! I'm just looking to make some friends, improve my art, and have fun!

As such, I can only take one or two commissions at a time and my turn-around time can vary.I reserve the right to decline service for any reason.If I OR the client cancel the commission after payment has been made with no progress on the art, I will issue a full refund.If I OR the client cancel the commission after the artwork has been partially completed, the partially-completed work will be provided and I will give either a partial refund or offer other art worth the remaining cost, at my discretion.If the artwork has been completed, I cannot issue a refund.As the artist, I reserve the right to post, print, sell, and otherwise use the artwork however I please, EXCEPT in cases where the client wants to additionally purchase exclusive rights to the image.Client may also post the full artwork wherever they please, with credit to me wherever possible. Commissioner may freely crop or print my art for personal use only (for example, as avatars or headers on websites or apps).Client may NOT print my artwork to sell merchandise without agreeing on a commercial fee beforehand.No one may otherwise edit my art without my express permission. If you need changes made in the future, I'd be happy to make simple changes for free, or work out a deal for complex changes.My art may NOT be uploaded as training data for AI imagery, or used to create and sell NFTs or other cryptocurrency.
